Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must not have been worn, used, washed, or altered.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be free from marks, stains, odours (including deodorant, fragrance or smoke), pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the criteria above, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please visit the ‘Returns’ page on our website and enter your order details. Your return request will be submitted for approval, and you will receive further instructions via email. Be sure to include your packing slip in the return parcel so that we can identify your return.

Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately at support@28club.co.uk so we can promptly assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns. To exchange an item, please initiate a return through the 'Returns' page.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, and without justification. To be eligible, the item must:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders
For customers outside the UK, please be aware that additional customs duties and taxes may apply to your order, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
