Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that enables our sales and services.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment via Shopify’s payment providers, including major credit/debit cards and other available methods.

5. DELIVERY, TITLE AND RISK

We aim to dispatch orders within our stated processing times, but delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Title (ownership) passes to you only after full payment is received.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will investigate with the courier and work toward a resolution in line with UK consumer law.

If delivery is not made within 30 days and no alternative date is agreed, you may cancel your order and receive a refund.

6. CANCELLATION RIGHTS (UK CONSUMERS)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

You must return items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Return postage may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
